Students ages 8 to 11 are invited to participate in this week-long event. Activities will include lots of fun stuff on Latin and African instruments, composition, and community building. At the end of the week, students will join Sticks and Tones on stage for a Friday Evening concert at the Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Instructor Maria Flurry has over 20 years of teaching experience teaching children both privately and in the public school system. She instructs with creativity, compassion, and enthusiasm.

There are two separate sessions - elementary in the morning, and middle school in the afternoon. Middle school students are encouraged to join the morning session as mentors to the younger students. Part of the afternoon session is preparation for this mentorship. There is room for only 10 students, so register as soon as possible to reserve your child's space.

Fees

Course Fee: $120
If Prescott Mailing Address, Acker Trust Fund Scholarship Applies: subtract $40
Limited number of need-based scholarships are available.

All late fees have been cancelled.
Schedule

All sessions and performances are held at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, 630 Park Avenue, in Prescott, AZ.

Classes:
Monday, June 14 through Friday, June 18
9 AM to 11:30 AM - Morning Session
12:00 PM to 2:30 - Afternoon Session
Lunchtime is provided for full day Middle School Students

Rehearsal and Performance:
Friday, June 18
Dress Rehearsal: 5:00 PM
Performance: 6:00 PM
Parents, friends, and community members are invited to attend the 6 p.m. concert.
